WHY SELL THROUGH AUDIO LUNCHBOX?

Audio Lunchbox makes it possible for independent artists to take control of their own destiny. Here's three reasons you should consider selling your music through ALB:
- Revenue. Artists get 65% of revenue. We have one of the highest artist pay-outs in the industry.
- Control. The ALB artist contract gives the artist full control. Our agreement is completely non-exclusive and allows you to promote and license your music however you see fit.
- Easy. Selling your music on ALB isn't rocket science. You send us your music and we take care of the ripping, encoding, scanning and digital publishing.
HOW DO I SUBMIT MY MUSIC?

- Fill out the form below and then pay the $25 processing fee (per CD) by checking out.
When we receive your Audio CDs we will encode each track into MP3 format and scan any included album artwork. Please allow 2-3 weeks
for your albums to be imported into Audio Lunchbox. Your CDs will be kept as
backup and will not be returned.

AUDIO LUNCHBOX ARTIST AGREEMENT
This Artist Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding legal agreement between
you, the artist or authorized representative of the artist ("You") and
AudioLunchbox.com ("Audio Lunchbox") owned by Audio Lunchbox, LLC ("Audio
Lunchbox") regarding the use and distribution of Your materials through the
site AudioLunchbox.com or distribution properties of Audio Lunchbox, Audio
Lunchbox and their affiliates (the "Site") and use and regulation of the
Site. The term "You" or "Your" refers to an individual, representing
yourself, or acting as legal representative of a group or entity, if
applicable. You shall retain all rights to materials provided by You
hereafter, including copyrights.
1. Ownership rights You affirm that all materials You submit to Audio
Lunchbox are Your property or You have express written permission from the
owner of those copyrights and materials. You retain all rights to Your
submitted materials.
2. Artist grants Audio Lunchbox non-exclusive rights to materials You
grant Audio Lunchbox non-exclusive rights to use submitted materials
throughout the Site free from all fees and royalties. This includes, but is
not limited to sound recordings, audiovisual works of Your vocal or musical
performances, biographical information, likeness, trademarks, trade names,
and any other text or material provided by You to Audio Lunchbox. At any
time you may cease to grant Audio Lunchbox rights to any of Your uploaded
material with a 90 day notice by emailing support@audiolunchbox.com.
3. Termination of Services You may terminate Your Audio Lunchbox account,
thus revoking all rights granted to Audio Lunchbox at any time with a prior
90 day written notice.
4. Copyright/Ownership Disputes In the case of copyright or ownership
disputes, Audio Lunchbox recommends that disputing parties resolve issues
directly. Upon discovery of infringement or copyright violations, Audio
Lunchbox will remove all materials in violation. Audio Lunchbox reserves the
right to decide whether to terminate the user's account.
5. Audio Lunchbox Review and Right to Remove Audio Lunchbox reserves the
right to remove or reject any and all materials You may provide. Audio
Lunchbox reserves the right to terminate Your account at any time.
6. General Audio Lunchbox approves accounts electronically, among other
methods, it is inconceivable that all errors or inappropriate material will
be reviewed by Audio Lunchbox. It is Your responsibility to adhere to all
copyright laws as well as checking Your materials for errors, violations and
unlawful obscenity. Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the Site, including
collecting usernames and/or email addresses of members by electronic or
other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email and unauthorized
framing of or linking to the Site will be investigated, and appropriate
legal action will be taken, including without limitation, civil, criminal,
and injunctive redress. Audio Lunchbox reserves the right to make changes to
this Agreement at any time without prior notice or warning.
